Portland stone and Corten steel mock-up window units to test the materiality, details and durability for a project at 25 Hanover Square, London. The Portland stone is sourced from different stone bed types, creating differing levels of texture, colour and sharpness.

An ambitious redevelopment of a prominent corner site on Hanover Square in Mayfair. The building has been designed holistically with an inside:out approach to maximise value. Construction started April 2023.
