One Pool Street, UCL

One Pool Street is one of two developments on the new UCL East campus. The new buildings house hi-tech laboratories and research space, student accommodation and designated areas for working with schools, charities and local groups.It’s home to 4,000 students and around 260 academic staff.

Capturing the building pre-completion, this is part of the rapid process of development as part of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC).
