Residential Photography

Residential photography makes the case for a home before anyone has walked through the door. For architects and developers, that means images that carry the weight of the design decisions: the materials chosen, the light considered, the details that only reveal themselves in person. Good photography makes them legible at a glance.

I photograph houses, flats, and residential developments across London and the UK for architects, developers, and interior designers who need images that perform: portfolio pages, award submissions to the RIBA and Architects Journal, press pitches to Dezeen, and developer marketing that has to work harder than a render ever could.

A home is the most personal thing architecture produces. The photograph should feel it.

FAQs

  • Prices can vary depending on amount, intended use, and time spent. Anywhere from £600-800 is a good benchmark. This would cover a 4 hour shoot, and 8-15 photos.

  • Yes! Any estate agent can request high quality images of their house or flat, no matter the size of business, or purpose.

  • I always aim to be flexible in my work; if I have no other bookings, and have not had to turn down work for this shoot, I’m able to change shoot days for no additional fee.

  • This is currently not offered as a service. If this is essential, and cannot be organised separately, I’d be happy to discuss this and look into providing it as an extra with the service.

  • I retain ownership unless otherwise agreed. You would be granted a licence for your company to use, which lasts indefinitely. Extra licences for separate companies can be purchased for an additional fee.
